Oscar Nominees Cate Blanchett in Armani Prive and Rooney Mara in Givenchy

Last night was all about Leonardo DiCaprio and his first Oscar win, but I had eyes only for Cate Blanchett and I am pretty sure you understand why! Sure, I am very happy for Leo and his recognition (was about time, yay!) but Cate ruled the night! Although her movie "Carol" left empty-handed, she looked like a dream in her Armani Prive dress. I crown Cate Blanchett as the Queen of Everything!

Paris Couture Week Spring 2016 // Zuhair Murad

When I saw Zuhair Murad's Couture collection for Spring 2016 I thought I was dreaming. I probably stared breathless at the beauty of those pieces of art for a few minutes before realizing this wasn't a dream, it was real! The floral embellishments, the quality fabrics, the elegant textures, the pastel colors, the sheer details, all combined in a masterpiece collection, one of the designer's best I've seen so far.
