According to the British Vogue, "the CW Network (the one that has brought us Gossip Girl) has confirmed that it is bringing Carrie Bradshaw back to television screens in a Sex and the City prequel series...
... Based on SATC creator Candace Bushnell's novel, The Carrie Diaries, the new show will go back to the Eighties to span Bradshaw's teenage high school years. Casting is yet to be confirmed, although Blake Lively, Miley Cyrus and Glee's Dianna Agron have all been linked to the role made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker. Amy B. Harris, who worked on the original HBO series, has been confirmed as the writer."
Thrilled? Or fed up?
