Quite unbelievable how things have changed! An international brand like Essie admitting -in a way- that THERE IS a huge financial problem!

I do love the colors! I'm such a sucker for picking up Essie polishes when I walk into a drug store. Ever since they became available at Walgreens instead of a special beauty shop...it's become too easy to snag one up.
