I am back with a new color obsession: Saffron. And for those of you who don't know it, according to wikipedia, is a color that is a tone of golden yellow resembling the color of the tip of the saffron crocus thread, from which the spice saffron is derived. The first recorded use of saffron as a color name in English was in 1200!! In Greek we use a word for it that derives from Crocus which is also the same name of the egg's yolk.
You can mix it with black, white, beige and gold but I would also dare to wear it with another vibrant color, like royal blue or watermelon pink. What do you think? Should I go for it?
