About a year ago, we went a mini trip to Arachova and stayed there for a weekend. However, it was the worse weekend ever since there was a mini storm named "Xenophon" that ruined our plans to visit Delfi, Galaxidi and Livadia. It did not stop raining for a single minute and the wind was blowing so hard that was impossible to even hold an umbrella, which made it a real struggle to go outside.
The only thing we did was sleep and eat and then sleep and eat... until the day we left for Athens. Fortunately, the suites we rented were lovely (you can see a few photos below) and our stay there was wonderful. Our room was warm and clean and the bed was so fluffy! You can look it up, it is called Almond House and their prices are also very affordable.
We also had wonderful brunch at Barile and perfect dinner at Fterolakka. I suggest you should check them both out; great, tasty food in affordable prices.
