Meghan Markle in Brandon Maxwell

I have really missed Meghan and her stylish looks. Her and Harry's decision to move to the US, dropping out of their royal roles and obligations, in addition to the new way of life since Covid-19 turned into a pandemic, have made me somewhat indifferent towards her style choices lately.

However, this black tailor-made coat-dress by Brandon Maxwell himself is more than perfect for the occasion. Remembrance Sunday is held in the United Kingdom as a day to commemorate the contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women in the two World Wars and later conflicts. It is held at 11am on the second Sunday in November. [source: Wikipedia]

The dress is tea-length, hitting the calf just above her ankles, the fabric is rich with flattering pleats and a large belt on the waist, accentuating an hourglass body shape. The 3/4 sleeves match perfectly with the coat's length in my opinion, showing her arms from the elbows down.

Harry and Meghan paid tribute to the fallen soldiers in a private visit at a Los Angeles cemetery, where they left flowers on the gravesites of two commonwealth soldiers, and placed a wreath at a memorial obelisk, according to Town&Country
