What I needed from this photoshooting, wearing THAT marvelous dress by Ko.Misses, was:
1.To look like a Rococo painting
2.To ooze with romanticism
3.To be shot in Versailles...
It looks like we managed 1 and 2, but 3, Versailles, wasn't "accessible", so we went to the Psychiko quarry! Yes, there is a quarry in Psychiko, I had no idea, I accidentally found out last summer while scouting locations for another photoshooting.
Although the scenery is raw and abandoned, you can easily "frame" dreamy photos, because the tall trees (cypresses and eucalyptuses) and the openness create an illusion that you are actually walking through a forest trail! It is located in the very heart of the city, a couple km away from the Centre of Athens, and it is perfect for long walks and exploration. And amazing photos, of course!
ATTENTION! Just because it is semi-abandoned, it might also be a bit dangerous, for example the eucalyptuses are extremely tall and their branches are very heavy. This means, that with a strong wind (or even without it, gravity is more than enough) they might break, detach from the tree and fall on those walking by...
